Precision Air Heating & Cooling is an independent, locally owned HVAC contractor that has served West Chester and Southeastern Pennsylvania since 1993. We install, repair, and maintain central air, heat pumps, furnaces, ductless mini-splits, indoor air quality systems, and water heaters for homeowners across Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery counties. Eric Light was raised right here in West Chester. His family called Precision when something broke, long before he ran it. Then the founder retired. As local competitors sold to private equity, Eric was determined to keep Precision local. That’s the difference you can feel.
