Six Patterns We Found Reading All 850
We read every written review on 13 August 2026 and counted the phrases by hand, so these are exact counts rather than impressions. Where an excerpt is trimmed, you will see brackets, and no review has been reworded.
Someone Explained What Failed
In these reviews, a technician named the part that failed and showed it to the homeowner before any price came up. Many follow an air conditioner repair that another company had already called a replacement.
“Jamal was great. Took the time to explain things to me. Everything was done, cleanly and neatly.”
Named the Technician
These reviews name the technician instead of the company. Anthony, Sonny, Brandon and Lucas come up again and again, most often after a ductless mini-split installation, where a crew is in the house for days rather than an hour.
“Donnie, Peter, Jake, and the entire install crew were fantastic. The mini split installation looks amazing from the outside .. everything is incredibly clean, neat, and well thought out, especially the drainage setup.
The crew was professional, respectful of our home, and very considerate while we worked from home during the installation.
If you’re considering mini splits, I highly recommend the team at Precision. Their workmanship and professionalism were top-notch, and it was great getting to talk with the crew once everything was finished.”
The Phone Answered After Hours
These reviews describe a call that came in outside business hours. Someone in our office answers during the working day, and after that the emergency line reaches an answering service which gets the crew calling you back within minutes.
“Brandon from Precision answered the call, after hours on a freezing Friday, and took the time to diagnose the problem over the phone, look at my pictures, and walk me through a solution all while educating me about my furnace and heat pump. The thing was I wasn’t even a customer yet but he was so helpful that I’m definitely a customer now, I’m about to cancel the other guys and get Precision to be my go to HVAC guys. Thanks again Brandon”
Booked Inside the Week
These reviews say how quickly the visit happened and whether the technician turned up inside the window we gave. Same week is what we schedule against, for a seasonal maintenance visit as much as a breakdown.
“I called Precision to set up an annual contract based on referrals from family. We hadn’t had professional service on our HVAC in 3-4 years and had been doing maintenance like changing filters ourselves, and they assured me they could handle anything they found. The office explained my options very clearly with transparent pricing.
The winter maintenance visit was scheduled for within a week of me calling, and the technician Anthony arrived within the scheduled window. We work from home and have our young kids in the house during the day, but Anthony easily worked around the chaos, not intrusive at all. He found 3 issues and explained the varying degree of severity for each, which was helpful for me to decide what had to be addressed immediately and what could wait. One of the issues required a part that Anthony didn’t have on the truck and he apologized that he’d need to come back to do the repair. The warehouse had the item in stock and Anthony came back to replace the capacitor the NEXT DAY, which I feel like is unheard of in the service industry. All around a great experience and look forward to annual service ongoing.”
Back for the Sixth Visit
These were written by homeowners on their third visit, or their tenth. We treat a system as fifteen years of service calls rather than a single day’s work, and an air conditioner installation is usually where that starts.
“This is my sixth visit from PRECISION over the last few years. Every experience has been absolutely fabulous from maintaining our old system to install installing a new system in a 3000 square-foot house. They have been the absolute best to work with any little thing that I had questions on, they Answered as well as beat all the other quotes that I received and gave me superior equipment. Every tech that has been through here leaves a message. Everything is recorded. I cannot say enough good things about them. They also serviced my water heater today and drained it cleaned it and we checked that everything was working 100% the guys also are very clean every time they come
Also, the gals in the office have been Amazing!”
When Something Went Wrong
In these reviews, something went wrong on our end. Every one of them also describes what we did to put it right. We have left all of them up, and this is the count we read the closest.
“We got a new hvac and cooling system from Precision Air this past summer. From our first meet with them for our consultation, to installation and then even with a small glitch after install, every team member was professional, friendly, always responsive in a timely manner. You can tell Precision Air prides themselves as a company with excellent customer service because they truly care and it’s evident in every interaction you have with them. We’d recommend this company to anyone looking for a new system or help/ maintenance with their current one. They are awesome!”
