The office explained my options very clearly with transparent pricing. The winter maintenance visit was scheduled for within a week of me calling, and the technician Anthony arrived within the scheduled window. All around a great experience and look forward to annual service ongoing.

I’ve used Precision Air multiple times now for service on our York system. They’re a very professional group, from the office to the on-site service folks. Had a leaking coil in the outside unit. Sonny came out to diagnose and quickly found the problem.

Brandon from Precision answered the call, after hours on a freezing Friday, and took the time to diagnose the problem over the phone, look at my pictures, and walk me through a solution all while educating me about my furnace and heat pump.
