Highly recommend d d2025-01-27 UPDATE January 27, 2025. I spoke to someone at precision today. They informed me that the charge was for my annual service. I’m ok with that but I didn’t receive any email about the renewal of my annual service so I only had my recent interaction with them as the reason for the charge. So I’m changing my rating again. They need to get better with the communication though. UPDATE January 26, 2025. I called them last weekend. I was concerned about something with my heater, during the cold snap. They asked me if it was an emergency. I said I didn’t think so but I just wanted to ask someone a question. They asked me if it could wait and I said yes. Tammy called me the next business day. I asked her the question I had. No one needed to come out for anything. Lo and behold, today I see they charged my credit card $220!!!!!!! FOR WHAT??? When you call after hours, it say if this is an emergency as defined on their website, which it wasn’t, that you could have a technician call. NO TECHNICIAN CALLED ME!!!!! I’ll be filing a dispute and will be looking for a new local company. Shame on you!!!!!! James Paolo came out from Precision for my issue. I’ve used Precision since they installed my HVAC system. I like to see the same technician because I feel like there is a trust that develops. James let me know when he would arrive, took care to protect the inside of my house with the shoe covers and answered any questions I had. I hope that James stays with them and I’m able to request him for future service needs.Load more
