Precision Air Heating & Cooling was founded in West Chester in 1993, back when too many Chester County homes were stuck with unreliable heat in January and failing AC in July, and too many contractors treated every visit like a sales call. The idea was simple: show up, find the real problem, price it honestly, and fix it properly.
More than 30 years later that is still the whole playbook. We handle cooling, heating, indoor air quality, and water heaters for homes across Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery counties, with our own crews on our own trucks.

An Owner Whose Name Is On the Line
Eric Light is a true West Chester local. He was born and raised about a mile from the Precision Air office and grew up playing football and ice hockey minutes from the shop.
He and his wife have three children, and much of their time is spent at sporting events and school activities around the same towns we serve. His primary role is in the office, but you are just as likely to find him on a service call, on an installation job, or at a local chamber event.
That closeness is the point. When the owner lives here, answers here, and shakes hands here, honest work is not a slogan. It is the only way to stay welcome in your own home town.
