Maintenance Technician

Keep Chester County Homes Running at Their Best
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be the first line of defense against costly HVAC breakdowns for homeowners across West Chester, Chester County, and the Main Line. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, takes pride in quality work, and enjoys building strong customer relationships.
You’ll perform seasonal tune-ups, system inspections, and preventative maintenance to keep heating and cooling equipment running efficiently. Because of our Precision Comfort Club Maintenance Plans, you’ll have consistent, scheduled work year-round, no scrambling for the next call.

Service Technician

Diagnose & Fix It Right The First Time.
As a Service Technician, you’re the go-to expert Chester County homeowners rely on when their heating or cooling system fails. This role is for someone who digs deep to identify the root cause, not just quick fixes, and takes pride in providing lasting solutions.You’ll handle AC repairs, furnace troubleshooting, heat pump diagnostics, and emergency calls across West Chester, the Main Line, and nearby communities. You’ll work closely with experienced technicians, have direct access to leadership, and represent Precision Air’s 33-year legacy of honest, dependable service on every call.

Entry-Level Technician

Launch Your HVAC Career With Hands-On Experience
The Entry-Level Technician role is perfect for someone eager to start a career in HVAC. You’ll work alongside experienced technicians, learning on the job while assisting with installations, maintenance, and repairs across West Chester, the Main Line, and surrounding communities.You’ll gain hands-on exposure to air conditioning, heating, ductless systems, and heat pumps while building technical skills and customer service experience in a supportive environment.

Lead Installer

Lead HVAC Installations With Precision and Pride
As a Lead Installer, you’ll be responsible for overseeing HVAC system installations across West Chester, the Main Line, and nearby communities. This role is for someone experienced, detail-oriented, and ready to mentor other installers while ensuring every installation meets Precision Air’s high standards.You’ll manage full HVAC installations, including air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, and ductless systems, while coordinating junior installers and ensuring all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with code. Leadership and communication with homeowners are essential.

Installer 2nd

Support HVAC Installations and Build Your Career
Installer 2nd is an entry-level to mid-level position supporting HVAC system installations in West Chester, the Main Line, and surrounding communities. This role is perfect for motivated individuals who want hands-on experience, training, and the opportunity to grow into a Lead Installer or Service Technician.You’ll work alongside experienced installers, assisting with air conditioning, heating, heat pump, and ductless mini-split installations. Responsibilities include preparing equipment, following installation instructions, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met under supervision.
